JoAnne Kaperick

Five years ago, Jo Anne was introduced to Jennifer and Laura, President and VP of Sylvia’s Sisters.  After understanding their vision and the goals of Sylvia’s Sisters, Jo Anne gladly joined the team.  She is most proud of their successful efforts to “keep girls in school” by helping to get the recent law passed to provide products in Virginia schools.  Jo Anne is very happy now to help with the broader mission of helping menstruators in Richmond and Uganda meet their basic monthly needs with dignity regardless of their socio-economic status.  Jo Anne has a B.S. in Accounting from St. Louis University and has resided in Richmond since 1995.
